Shannon - Signing Off

Well, ladies... or whoever may be out there reading... I'm really not doing well with this plan, so I decided to switch things up. I'm going solely through my personal trainer now. I send her my nutrition journals daily. That seems to be helping so far with holding me accountable for what goes in my pie hole.

I've gained 7 lbs since I started the blogging here... so this just isn't good. I just need to know I'm not in this alone... I need someone else out there who is in it with me. I hope you girls return. I'd love to start back up. Let me know if you do.

Sun 9/23 - Shannon

Starting over... again... Chris said we could spend these last 2.5 weeks "hard core" Jenny Craig and I could workout 6 days a week. That will really help to have that support.

Weight: 161.4 (this is going to go up bigtime tomorrow, cuz of the weekend)

Roughest day yet... I did end up having my regular party-Wednesday. Oh well. We all need a break every now and then.
